We’ve seen all the hand wringing lately about the recently passed HB 89, which allows GFL holders to carry guns in restaurants that serve alcohol, particularly by Ron Wolf of the Georgia Restaurant Association. I wonder what he has to say about this. Apparently, a man came into a bar in Nevada and began shooting people. He killed two and injured two others. While he was reloading, an armed citizen with a concealed carry permit shot and killed the murderer and saved who knows how many lives. If Nevada banned all guns in bars, who does Ron Wolf think would have been less likely to have a gun in that bar that day: the guy who came in to murder people, or the guy who just came in to relax, but ended up stopping the attempted mass murder?
