The birds range from New Zealand to feeding grounds off Japan, Alaska or California, some of them stopping off on the western coast of South America, covering as much as 680 miles a day. Additionally, the study found that they dive to an average depth of 46 ftt with maximum depths of 225 ftt recorded. Plus, they taste just like chicken.
