But the left keeps saying, “Bush Lied. There were no WMD’s!”

From the Bellmont Club:

Hot Air has video of Senator Rick Santorum announcing declassified information that about 500 gas-filled artillery shells have been found in Iraq.”

“…newly declassified information that proves the existence of chemical munitions in Iraq since 2003.”

“Since 2003 Coalition forces have recovered approximately 500 weapons munitions which contain degraded mustard or sarin nerve agent.”

Of course, there is no question that Saddam had biological and chemical weapons. There is no question that he used them against the Iranians and again against the Kurds. There is no question that he sought additional capabilities in chemical, biological, and even nuclear weapons. There is no question that he invaded a neighbor and had to be ejected by force of arms. There is no question that he harbored and aided terrorists even before the invasion of Kuwait, giving support and funding to palestinian suicide attacker’s families and support, bases, funding, and shelter to terrorists before the U.S. invasion, including Abu Nidal (300 dead), Abu Abbas (Achille Lauro), Abdul Rahman Yasin (1993 World Trade Center bombing),. and Zarqawi (no introduction needed). The only question here is why those here in the U.S. who deny these truths do so, especially those who have acknowledged them as truths in the past.
