GOOOODBYE “Judge” Leslie Lewis. You were to LISTEN to both sides and make an EDUCATED ruling on all that came to your courtroom. However it was far easier to make a prejudical decision on cases and exercise a far too meaningful and impactful “ruling”. I can only hope that you feel at some time in your sad life the frustration of looking for someone to “weigh” fairness and hope they can actually formulate a plan to help you, only to have that person be an absolute evil person that acts upon emotion rather than rational.

I hope that the citizens of Utah are unhappy with Judge Lewis’ performance of her job and I hope that they express their displeasure by voting to remove her from the bench. Sending the woman unsolicited mail in protest is not, in my opinion, appropriate. That election is how you should send your message, not through the post.

I’ve suffered similar treatment at Lewis’s hands, not just once but several times, in a case that should have been dropped long ago but instead drags on and on because of her prejudice. She will ask me a question, then not allow me to answer, but talk over me and shame and humiliate me with that same schoolmarmy arrogance. Then she will use her judicial prerogative to punish, just like she did here (or worse!) in total disregard of how the law or court rules may dictate otherwise. Please, oh, please, oh, please, people!!! Vote her out!!!
